Need help for Excel formula

Hi Team,

I have data of 2000 line items, For which I am looking for a audit count.

In the attached file I have "Audit Job" in column "F". In column "I " I am looking for the count of jobs audited for Raj and Ram from Range A5:c12. Kindly help me to derive the formula in I5 and I6.

Hi,

See the attached file, with two alternative formulas, in cell with blue background and white foreground.

Note both the formulas are Array formulas so must be confirm with Ctrl+Shift+Enter.
