Hi Parvez ,

First , you have to decide what you wish to present , only thereafter we can show how to do it.

Do you want an interactive presentation or just a static report ?

Do you want comparisons ? If so , do you want a comparison of just one area with another , with a possibility of changing the comparison areas , or do you want all areas in one chart ?

Do you want a presentation of the top 5 and bottom 5 customers for each area / each year ?

Make a detailed to-do list , and then we can see how much of it , and how it can be implemented.

I want to present interactive report for all area with comparison growth or degrowth. data showing YTD figure.

It will be good if you can send some design (which is in your mind) of the report you want to present to your managment. Look at comment #2 from Narayan Sir, to get an idea. This will help us to provide you with some solution.

Hi pAvi,

See the attached file. It can be one way to show how the trend came from Y-O-Y. when you add values to 2014 it will change.

Just advise if you can get some idea from this or you can come up with some idea.

Good attempt.
One question I have, there are two tables in your files AL2:AS111 & AU2:BB111. Which one you ar using for your calculation?

Please have a look of attached file. Sheet1 is used for Calculation. I had use AU2:BB111 as data source.

Just check the result. Main Data AU2:BB111 is present on sheet 1 as original.
