This time, You didn't give any comments about ... errors ... hmm? How possible? That means - everything has worked for a long time - yes!

You can modify, what You would like ... Yourself.
for me ... if there are FOUR (4) different almost like 'Tata Communications Limited' then there are FOUR different terms.
Ps. 'Data All' -sheet has ... ten (10) different terms which starts with 'Tata Communications'.
Ps2. eg Tata <> TaTa and so on ...

Excatly how i want the file it wasnt like that .
80% of your shared file was correct .
but 20% i think there was little bit confusion in sheet 2
i will rectify it and share you with the new attachment

So You couldn't verify which 20% were not as You think?
There were values in 11 cells - that means ... You think that 2-3 of those were something else.
If even that is challenge for You then
how would You manage it, if there would be more values?
If ... some new attachment has different layout ... then good luck.

that Your the newest file has error,
which will always give incorrect results = I won't do anything with it (... except deletion) !
You should focus for answers.
It could be possible for You.

Im not telling you to work on that file .
I just needed a password what you had set for that file .
So that it help me for creating a new file and also enhance my knowledge.

Hello,

I had made changes in sheet2: Result
i had clubbed a vendor name as below :
i had attach a word file for your reference named vendor

Solution : I want the data should be clubbed under one such as .
Total number count of invoices as per sheet 1 with clubbed invoice base , invoice tax, invoice total.
But amount should be split as per USD and INR .

Seems that You really cannot or won't give answers.
I've asked few times what needs to change ... if the best is that 20% from 11 should be something else
... and You cannot name which then ... that means, You don't know!
Seems that You didn't check my the newest version.
Word-doc ... I won't use that file with Excel-file = as Your given data is as it is - it will give that kind of results.
As many has used term, I should try too ... Do needed.
I cannot change anything!

If You can ONLY use terms like NEED and WANT ... then You'll continue needing and wanting ... alone.
Next ... You should reread ( or read the 1st time) previous 33 replies and give answers for missed questions.

3) Your ... so called list ... maybe You have not even try to think something before write ... or is there more than one person - who writes something?

Sorry i skipped this file ..
i had checked your file .
all the columns are working correct except no of invoices cell .

Because i think their are similar name for 1 vendor its creating a problem .

For eg : Tata Communications Ltd has only 1 invoice with base amount 1300000 but its showing 2 invoices in no of invoices cell .
the correct result should be 1 invoices in no of invoices cell

As i have clubbed a vendor to get a appropriate count of no of invoices .
Above chat you can see my all vendor which i had clubbed below is only 1 eg for your reference

Please do not start to thinking ... and there are no problems.
As many times, clear answers to questions have missed ... after those ... many things would already been solved.

I added 'grp'-sheet with instructions and samples - follow those and ... get something.

As long as there are only few groups ... those could do as with this.
... there are still few ... which could do better.
It would much useful to use fixed Vendor -terms.

You'll also need that (2) -version to verify those calculations.
