Need an excel formula

Hi Ninjas,

I need an excel formula. I have a feeling it is the easy one but my brains reject to work today.

Please find my example file attached. I have different companies which operates in different currencies. I need to translate everything to USD based on the company code, month and FX rate. 1st table shows the data I have and desired result in column D (highlighted in yellow). Second table is FX rates based on company code and month.

Another way to do it would be to use INDEX/MATCH:

In E3, copy down:

=$C3*INDEX($L$4:$N$6,MATCH($A3,$K$4:$K$6,0),MATCH($B3,$L$3:$N$3,0))
