need a formula to calculate peak week

Hi All,
Please help me with an excel formula to calculate :--
1. Peak week
2. I have put a max formula to calculate max vol however disconnect lies where i have a week merging inbetween 2 month eg Oct .. i m in view of getting the week added to month where days are more than 4 or less than 3 days.

I have attached the file for reference.

So your problem is how to (automatically) decide if the week belongs to one month or the other?

I played a bit and got the following (see attached file). I also transposed your data, because I find that a lot easier to work with. The results I've placed in a PivotTable.

I hope you didnt understand my query. Let me explain it again ...

Suppose as the data sent across, the peak volume in July month is 373 so for peak week in July , the result should be 15th July 2013 / 7/15/2013.
