Multiple Pivots

Hi All,


Please refer to the attached book containing 2 sheets Pivot and Data.

I have 3 pivots on Pivot sheet with Report filter as Company in all three.
Also I have applied a validation on yellow cell in Pivot sheet.

Now what I want is when I select a company from yellow cell all pivots will gets refresh with that report filter.

I have searched a macro solution for that which is a bit tedious to apply and is not feasible in my organization.

Do anyone have a non-macro solution for that ?

Please help.

Why not use slicers and the PTs and then connect together

Hi Deepa,

Its working fine can u plz explain the steps of connecting slicer to multiple pivots.

When I go to slicer option and report connections only one pivot is showing.

when you add a slicer to one pivot copy the same pivot and just change the field settings.

Hi Ali ,

The problem occurs when you have inserted all the pivot tables and then you have created the slicer for any one pivot table ; if you create the first pivot table , insert the slicer for it , and then create the second pivot table , you can use the first slicer for the second pivot table.
