Multiple cells merged to one cell - array condition

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask you if it is possible to do this:

According to date in column B (1.12.2016) I would like to get values from column C, merged to one cell separated by char(10).

Why do you want to merge your data, once merged you will not be able to use the data in any meaningful way. Can you not turn your data into a table and group by date?

I need to put those merged values to the text box. That's why I need to make them merged.
