MS Word Letter from dynamic excel range

Hi,

I am very new to vba and I'm trying to create an automated letter system for my organisation where excel has a list of items which varies in numbers. I'm unable to find examples online. I have attached a sample file where the lines are added as per need. It could be any number from 1. The letter needs to have all the information available in the list.

Have you looked at using Mail Merge from Word to draw in the results and place them where you need?

Thanks for the response. I have seen the thread on Mail merge, but I am unable to use that on the dynamic list.

Confusing, since mail merge is per definition something dynamic, meant to work on a set of data that is variable in content, not structure.
 
I would be setting up a table or data area to specifically Mail Merge from in Excel, link it to your data as you please
