MS WORD into Excel Rows -Issue

Members ...i want to copy data from ms word(Vertical) and paste into excel(hORIZONTAL) as shown format ...I HAVE LARGE DATA TO DO THE SAME ON DAILY BASIS....Can anybody me....i want to learn shortcut to cut my time...please go through attachment...I have large data in ms word as attached and i want to paste these data as per attached excel....1.the problme is word data have gaps between rows and not in cell format.2. The highlighted part as gap is the problem 3. How to seperate Rms and numerical value

Small suggestion. Just save your word file in pdf and use power query. May be helpful.
