Moving Average for Multiple Employees

Hello

I have a question about moving average. I have seen there are many posts on moving average, but I have not been able to apply this to my need, based on it having to be per employee (column A), as can be seen in my attached excel.

I would like a to have a moving average on a 4 monthly basis and identify/highlight any averages where the 4-monthly average is greater than 48.

Please can you assist me with this.

Attached in a snippet, please where you show how this is done manually to show the expected results.

Thank you

David.
