Mouseover shape

Hi Professors,
i want make a menu for my workbook. a menu with for example 5 square(shapes).
i want use them in my 5 worksheets.
such as a website menu!
the squares have hyperlinks to the sheets and user can click them and go to that sheet.
now i want : when user mouseover on a square the basic color of that square (that is gray) change to (Orange) exactly such as a web Menu
Is there any way ?!
Please help me
