Mouse hover the XY Scatter chart to show the details

Hello,

I am looking for a solution in Excel 2007 for use of mouse over option or hover.

I want to show that if you select a series on the XY Scatter chart, then it should display somewhere, details which would be linked to some cell values.

Can anybody guide me.
