Monthly, enter a value into a cell, and have the current value of that cell move to the left cell

I want to make a monthly report, so for each month the current month would be ‘m’, and each time I enter a new value in the ‘m’ cell, the previous month’s ‘m’ value would move to ‘m-1’, and ‘m-1’ would move to ‘m-2’, etc. I also want to show trending arrows above the values, and have those reflect also..

This can be done using VBA ; is it OK with you ?

For the trending arrows , please upload a specimen file showing exactly what you want done.

I cannot upload the excel it states it is too big of a file. However, that is not the case, not sure why I cannot upload the file.

The problem is that this forum can accept file sizes only up to 1 MB ; if your file size is more than this , please use public file-sharing websites such as DropBox , RapidShare , GoogleDocs , SkyDrive. Upload your file to any one of these websites , give others permission to download and access the file , and then post that link here in this topic.
