Hello-

I have a table with monthly data.

I would like to create a scorecard that will turn red when a value has increased over the last 3 months.

Any ideas?

Melinda

Can you please post a sample file and highlight what you want achieved?

Also does "increased over the past 3 months" mean
a) the last month is greater than 4 months ago or
b) the average of the past 3 months is increased from the 4th month ago
c) something else

Thank you for your reply. It is very small, but if you click on that little bar on my first post, an example of the table I am looking to create pops up.

I will just have a monthly running total and if month 1>2>3 then Red on the 4th month.

Applying a CF to the range C3:H3
Using theFormula
=C3>B3
means that for C3 if C3 is greater than B3 it will be True and the CF will be applied

For the next Cell the CF is automatically adjusted so that for D3
Excel will apply the formula =D3>C3
etc along Row 3
