MMULT...

I don't exactly understand what values are being multiplied when the function MMULT is used.

For instance, in this video the two arrays are multiplied to deliver the first answer of 19. What values are actually being multipled that generate 19? Given that 19 is a prime number, there must be more to it than just simple multiplication.
