Merging Times in excel

I am trying to build a schedule for work. I need to merge two times into one cell. In one cell I may have "10:00 PM" in another "3:00 AM" I want to merge the two and it display as "10:00 PM - 3:00 AM" but I get the true number value of it when I attempt just using the "and" function. Any suggestions??

=CONCATENATE(TEXT(C3,"h:mm AM/PM")," - ",TEXT(C4,"h:mm AM/PM"))

Change ranges to suit
