I have 4 worksheet and each worksheet having one column having unique id. Some unique id is not present in other sheet. Other column of each worksheet consists of different data. I would like to merge data of different worksheet in respect of the unique id.


Excel will search data of each sheet of a unique id and list against the unique id.
 
Have a look at using the Data Connection wizard on the Data Tab

although you will use an Excel file not a CSV where appropriate
