Meeting - Time Tracker

Hi Team,

In some of my meetings, time exceeds than the scheduled time. Hence I am looking for a meeting time tracker. I have attached the sample file for your reference. If the meeting is scheduled for 90 mins and discussion points are 6. Once I start the first discussion point it should distribute equal time for rest of the discussion points. once I stop the discussion, based on the time taken for respective discussion the available time for rest all discussion points should update. It would be great if it shows color code for what all discussions we closed within the time frame/outside time frame.

Thanks for your support.

I found few things to modify.
Now, You should use times like 01:30:00 (= 90minutes).
D & E-columns will update every 10sec.
C-column will udate every 20sec.
Cell[C1] time includes 'pauses' between 'Meetings'.
[Start] > [Stop] >
'Pause-time'
[Start] > [Stop] >
and so on...
only [Reset] stops total time!

Thank you Vletm.

I found couple of observations
1> When I switch to other excel workbook macro is ending the code
2> When my start time is 1:30 mins file is not responding I mean cursor doesn't allow any action
3> when i click on "stop for multiple time and then click on start again file is not responding.

a1) You tried to use other Excel same time ... Okay .. I tried, You test
and for another Excel-file, You should start new Excel!
a2) Always, start with [RESET] and after that not only 'click-click-click'
a3) Previous version has 10/20sec 'steps', this has 1..15/2..20sec steps
I add [END]-button. It ends meeting time.
Before Next meeting time have to press [RESET]!
[Start] starts new meeting
[Stop] stops active meeting (total meeting time still run)
'Time for discussion'-box shows total running time.
'Live count down time'-box shows active meeting time.
>> for testing ...
Ideas ... Questions?
