MEDIAN IF

I seem to be having a terrible 'Friday' moment.

=MEDIAN(IF('RTW Same Employer'!N114:N147,"<=24",'RTW Same Employer'!N114:N147))

Using it as a stanard formula and it comes up with #VALUE

Using it as an array formula and it comes up with #NUM

Any assistance would be grately appreciated and improve my friday immensley.

Thank you!

Hi ,

I am not very sure , but the basic construct of the formula appears to be wrong ; can you check out the following link ?

I think it should be:

Code:
=MEDIAN(IF('RTW Same Employer'!N114:N147<=24,'RTW Same Employer'!N114:N147))

Hi, Ellie_86!

Sorry for arriving at dessert time, but if no one accepts your offer... here I am!

Regards!

PS: I actually wouldn't care if 250 or more :)
