Matching row and column headers against a table

I'm sure this type of this is easy, and/or gets asked a lot. I have data I extract from a system, and then I am trying to populate a cover sheet bassed off of account and cost center. because the data extract is a live link to a subsystem I cannot add columns that would allow me to create a key to perform a sum if forumla. ive attached an example.

any help is much appreciated!
