Matching data source from 2 sheets and drawing data from 1 sheet

Hi,
I have 2 excel spreadsheets.
I have 2 colums that I can match to draw an email address from sheet 1 to enter into sheet 2.

can you assist
 
i want to match data from sheet1 of column F to that in sheet2 column F
then draw the matching data from Sheet2 column X and place it into Sheet1 column k
