    This is more of Maths and less of Excel.

    Try this formula :

    =(500-SUMPRODUCT(A2:A7))/SUMPRODUCT(F2:F7*A2:A7)

    What are these new calculations you have made , along with a factor of 20% ?

    If you are going to change your calculations each time, then every scenario will require a new formula.

    Hi,

    Margin is calculating on basis of 20% of cost and new mark up%. I am getting solution through Goal Seek function but I am looking for formula for the same.
