Making a macro

Hi Team

I have attached a sample file in which there are 3 sheets. the 1st where we make the recipe and the 2nd where the order is places as how many of these dishes has to be prepared according to date wise.

I am not that good in VB so please help me to make a macro when run on the Shopping List will pick the dish names according to date wise and then show the ingredients by multiplying the ingredients with the no of dishes.

Hi Villalobos,
Thank you very much for such a quick reply. Just wanted to add 1 more set that is all the Recipe, ingredients use should come automatically in the shopping sheet like made in the attached file. There will be only date option to choose and the make shopping list button.

The chef will update the order list that is going to be made and by clicking the make shopping list button the store keeper will get all the list he has to purchase.

Could you please help me as I am stuck or is there any other way in which I can combine data from 2 tables and show it on the 3rd sheet using pivot.

or is there another way to combine data from 2 tables and show the result using pivot. Basically I am trying to pick the items that are going to be prepared according to date wise and provide a shopping list.
