macro to show count and sum simultaneously in status bar excel 2003

Hii chandoo ... This is my first post to ur blog.... First of all i congratulate u million times for such wonderful blog....

Is it possible to have both sum and count value in status bar while selecting a range ... Or what can be alternatives for same ..
