Macro to copy data from sheet 1 to a new sheet

I want to copy data from 1 sheet to a new sheet including conditional formatting (if possible) by pressing "new tab" or a button Some cells on the sheet will be the same and gave the same formulas in them while other cells will need the formulas to count down a row number The count down a row number are in separate columns and not scattered I have an estimated 100 rows and 30 columns to copy

Is this something that can be done or is it too complicated?
