Macro for Transposing and Pivoting Some Column

Hi,

I need some macro that will transpose and pivot some column against row, and it should create in other sheet.

I attached the source and output required and highlights the columns that need to be pivot and tranpose.

Pls note that macro must work both in 32 and 64 bit of excel (x86 and x64).
