macro for open another excel workbook

Hi dear professors
i want a vb code for open another excel file in my workbook folder.
i have a workbook (named : "All.xlsx") in a folder (Named : "Check").
there is another excel file in this workbook (named : "K.xlsb").
i want make a command button in (All.xlsx") in a user form that with a click can open ("K.xlsb")
i searched forum and cant find this code.
