Lookup with mutiple conditions

HI Friends,

Could you please help with a formula for the attached file. The file infact is a miniature version of a massive line.

Formula to look up multiple conditions and then summing up values is what i am after,
but using sumif would slow down the file if the list is maasive

any advise would be appreciated thanks

Hi,

It seems there is a mismatch in the output which you desire and the data you have provided ( Account not matching , 3000 entry shown under 450060 & mar'15 , is actually for account 450061 in your base data. ). Also months in base data are mixed of text and dates. For desired output it should be first date of every month.

Request you to please go for data cleanup first , bring everything in uniform format.

Post that by putting formula as below in cell C3 and copying the same across range can give you the desired result.

=SUMPRODUCT(SOURCE!$D$2:$D$8,--(SOURCE!$A$2:$A$8=RESULT!$B3),--(SOURCE!$B$2:$B$8=RESULT!C$6),--(SOURCE!$C$2:$C$8=RESULT!$A3))
