Login Form on Protected Sheet (to edit specific cells only)

Hi,
I know its little bit confusing guys....

Please refer the attached file, that can be more helpful to understand....

Actually I am looking for a login form wherein,


1. By Default, this sheet is already protected except coloumn E

2. Once the User click on the above button, then a user form must prompt, wherein User must has to feed a password

3. After the correct password, the user can fill only "Coloumn E", they not suppose to edit the all default protected cells

4. If entered wrong password, then can't edit the sheet. Not even Unprotected sheets
