listbox resizing

to all, how are you?

I created a dashboard based on selection in multi-level list box but the list box has 2 major issues:

1. it automatically resizes when the file opens so my up and down selection arrow is not visible
2. the list box doesn't automatically populate initial when it is open. I have to select the down arrow and then it populates.

I have been working on this for weeks and found no solution on my own to these nagging issues. the code for the listbox is the on the dashboard macro sheet in the vba module.

any help is greatly appreciated.

k. I found the solution for the first issue but still have issue with the second problem. any help would be appreciated

Where is the list box ?

It is located on the sheet called "dashboard".

Yes, There are two and they are both populated ?
