Links to diagrams from one sheet to the next

Hi,


I am trying to create a block diagram with a top level explanation of a system on my first sheet in Excel. Then when i click any of the blocks in the diagram, i want to create a link to the sheet 2, where I would have put a sub block of the main block(in sheet 1) with this block expaned.


I it possible to create such a link when i draw the blocks (or Rectangular shapes) in excel sheet.


Please help.

Insert a hyperlink into your shapes

right click on the shape, click hyperlink.. or you can left click in the shape and use shortcut ctrl+K.


choose place in this document on upper left then choose sheet2,


if your block in sheet2 in cell A40, then you can write A40 in "type the cell reference"


then click ok
