I am looking for a excel template which would be helpful to track leaves (annual leave, casual leave, sick leave) how much is utilized and what's the balance for each employees.

First change, conditional formatting



Second change, NETWORKDAYS formula to NETWORKDAYS.INTL (NETWORKDAYS.INTL(start_date,end_date,16,holiday))

I tried changing the NETWORKDAYS formula, it came up with a #name? error.

When I open the file in read only mode, it appears fine however when I save it or try to change the dates, it comes up with the same #name? error.

Do I need to make any sort of changes to the settings of Excel? I am using Office 2007.
