First shift logs in at 07:00 hours, do we manually have to delete older entries.
As we don't have any option.

You are a excel master and I have always respected and requested you.
The file which you originally build was excellent. If you can just work on it a little bit more.

As far as the month goes, I mean to say we get data for Entire month whether its 28 or 31 days.
I will manage to delete some

and 'manually' deleting something before 08 ... what?

why those 'Duration-seconds' do not match with Event-stamps?
'Rule': 'Three Breaks' - sample photo ... 5! and that don't cover whole shift!

Those just make it more massive and more slower to use it!
 
Wanted to clarify your doubt.
I check few 'seconds' and there are 'some' differences.
ex 16/07/2017 12:07 3.Coaching = 9sec !Yes!
prev stamp is 10:55 ... ~1hr12min ... something no match?
If final output will create with ... wrong values ...
What would it mean/happen?
Alright, now I will tell you something interesting.
Emp logs in to tool, login entry created in tool.
By default the tool goes to Undefined as you might have seen in Raw file.
Emp then click on Ready button, so that they can start getting calls(when emp selects Ready that event is not created).
So if agent logs in at 08:00 you might see Undefined for some emp( it happens if emp didn't select Ready instantly after login)
Now for example emp gets a call at 08:02 and he finishes call at 08:05, there would be no event created in the tool, bit in case emp select Coaching, a event of coaching is created.
Now for example if emp was on coaching for 2 min, and goes in ready mode , event will not be created.
Hope it make sense for you.
That's the only reason, you can see time difference.
As whenever there is a time difference it means emp is on call

Yes, I am not concerned about the min, which are not in record. Because it means emp is on call.

We first need login-logout report.
Then Breaks and then coaching, meeting....

It records data as Your company works.
How good it looks ... no matter .. there can find only valid information!

File was around 20 mb as it had data for around 250 people.
Removed data for everyone for except 1
Previously I use to total up coaching, breaks meeting by using getpivotdata

Due to some issue the file was not completed, however I appreciate whatever you did for me.
Can you please write comments in the first file you uploaded, so that I can try to do something.

Can you make a list/combo box, so that I can filter results Date wise, Manager wise, Segment wise and Emp wise.
A button to see report Horizontally or vertically.
We have more then 250 emp taking calls ,so would have to scroll down a lot.
Don't you think that if we go date by date in rows would be better, I mean the format which I gave you first.

Could you give me some idea, how can i filter data, i understand Transpose, but I want a drop down like we have in pivot tables filters.
