KPI Dashboard simple modifications

Hi, I am a beginner in Excel and I just discovered and downloaded the KPI Dashboard resource, and I want to thank you for it because it is great!!

I would just like to make some simple modifications to the dashboard panel but I can't. I managed to modify the data and calculations spredsheets, but not the Dashboard one.

Primarly, I would like to know how to

• add or delete a KPI
• modify the format of KPIs
• change the scale of the bars according to selected products (if some KPIs have a wide range, when the highest-value products are selected, the bars are all the maximum with no visible distinction)
