Is there any way to change messagebox design (except userform suggestion) same as like as messagebox displayed on webpage or other sites...

I don't think it is possible .. and only the suggestion of using Userform is the only alternative ..

It would depend on what you want to change. Most things are possible using API but a userform would probably be far simpler.
