Issue applying a new date range to an already existing pivot table

I have an excel spreadsheet with a pivot table field, Date. On June 30th, the current fiscal year ends, and a new one begins on July 1st. I have the data grouped one column for seven days, going from 7/1/2019 to 6/30/2020. I have usually been able to enter the new date range, and the Date pivot table updates correctly. I uploaded screenshots. The screenshot for this is image 01.

I am trying to change to the new dates, 7/1/2020 to 6/30/2021. The screenshot for this is image 02.

After I click ok above, it now creates a new pivot field, Days(Date) and messes up the file. The screenshot for this is image 03.

Does anyone know why the new pivot field is being created, instead of just updating the Date pivot field, and how to correct this? The spreadsheet (Pivot_Table_Report.xlsx) is attached. Thanks.

Date is dates and
Days(Date) is Grouped Dates.
Your third snapshot shows ... Number of days: 1 ... hmm?
What is Your challenge with text Days(Date)?
... You can modify that Days(Date) to show almost as You want.
