When I protect a sheet, but still leave the "Delete Rows" option checked, users cannot delete rows.
I need to be able to lock certain cells for formulas and text, but should the user not need that row, I'd like them to be able to delete it.
Please advise? I feel so dumb, this seems it would be simple!
