Is there a way to use a form to populate cells and include comment?

I have a calendar page I would like to dynamical enter data into using a form. I would to enter information into 3 adjacent cells as well as provide a comment section, which places the comment into the first cell.

That can be done and will require some VBA

Do you want to post a sample file with some dummy data and a mockup of the fields required on the entry form ?

I dont have the form built yet. I only have the calendar page. I didnt see a need to do the one thing, without first knowing if what I wanted to do, was possible. Thank you for your response. When I get back to that part of my project I will get back to that. On another note, maybe you can help me with something else on another thread.
