Is there a way to get a Chart to move down as you scroll

I have several tables of data with corresponding charts. The tables grow to several hundred rows and if I want to view the chart with this data, it is currently located at the top of the worksheet.

Is there any trick that I'm missing that would allow me to pin, anchor or otherwise tie the chart to the bottom of the table? It would save me some scrolling.

I know I could put it at the top and then freeze the panes, but I'm not really wanting to do that as it takes up more screen real estate ALL the time.

hmm.. you can write vba macros to change the chart top co-ordinate when worksheet scroll event happens... it should be fairly straight forward.
