Is the data publish from power BI desktop safe?

Hi,
I am currently develop dashboard in power BI desktop and wanted to publish it into web. However, i am not sure if my data can be viewed by anyone or not as i was told that after i published into my workspace, still that data become public data which can be viewed/accessed by anyone.
Can anyone tell me if it is correct?

If you use "Publish to Web" then:
Power bi reporting Yes, it is 100% open to the Internet with no authentication/authorization required.
