Invoice, automatic populate from Employees

I need to auto populate 3 vertical cells after selecting Employee's name from EMPLOYEE SHEET drop down. Perdiem, Rate, O/T Rate also come from EMPLOYEE SHEET.

I'm not following the 'layout' you posted:

but if you wanting to select a employee's name from a dropdown list (do you have this setup?) and have those three values automatically show up?!


if i am following this could be pretty 'straight forward' if all the data is kept on another sheet using the vlookup function.


--do you have a sheet that lists all the employees with their Perdiem, Rate and O/T Rate?? (assuming on the 'employee sheet'?)

On Equipment after selecting Description, I want it to auto populate UNIT (B) & RATE (K)


On Labor after selecting Employee I want it to auto populate PERDIEM (G), RATE (I) & O/T RATE (K). THANK YOU!

i have small doubt that is you mention the O/T rate amount is 95 and 135 but in employee sheet i didn't find
