Intra store stock transfer template

Hoping someone can help ..... I have a stock and sales list article wise/ store wise... I need to decide what articles can be transferred from the low selling or non selling stores to the low stock on hand/ sold out stores. It is quite tedious when working on 60 odd stores and nearly 1000+ articles.

In short can someone help on an intra store stock transfer template.

I don't think it's an issue of a template so much as getting cute with some analysis. How many different sku's are we talking about?


This almost sounds like a job for powerpivot....

Hi Narayan,

Thanks for the link...can you explain how the short list of articles to be replenished was determined on sheet"11-10 order"... it would be ok to do manual calculation for 5 stores.... but i'm working with around 60 stores and 700 odd sku's.
