Increase number of series when sum of columns is met a condition

Hi I need help to solve this issue, Below column heading with Sno is need to increase when total or sum of the left column cells is equal or more than 20


XXX Y Sno

In C3 put =IF(SUM($B$2:B3)>C2*20,C2+1,C2)

Copy C3 down
