IF value falls within a range

Hi, I really need assistance with a basic IF formula - my head is not in a great space ATM

I just the formula to look at the engagement score in column B and give me the Target value in column H

I have given an example of the desired result in column D

In C2, copied down :

=IF(B2="","",LOOKUP(B2,{0;60;70;75},H$2:H$5))
