Please see attached. Explanation in attachment. Trying to show red or green for row when part received are greater than 3 days, the line should be red. If green row, then job is ready to be worked on, and if line is blank, no action needed. The formula or formatting needs to work as jobs are added and parts are ordered to indicate. It needs to be constantly updated, not just a one time situation.

Hi ,

If you see the rules in the CF dialog , the Applies To box has the following :

=$A$5:$G$16

Just change the highlighted part to what ever you want , as for instance :

=$A$5:$ZZ$10006

If I wanted this formula to now be,

IF "date in" is 3 days past "today's date", then turn columns A through G red.

How would I represent that in conditional formatting? Is there a way to show the new formula above as well as the formulas provided above?
