IF formula

Can anyone help with a formula on the attached file.

L8 is currently set up to read 'Not Applicable' if cell H8 reads 'B'.

H8 could also read 'D', and if it reads 'D' I would like M8 to take the date in I8 and add 1 day.

If H8 reads 'B' I would like M8 to say 'Not Applicable'.
