If Formula with Relation, Age & Discount

In F8 Result Require 2089
If A3=Self 0% Discount
If A4=Spouse, C4, check Range of G11:H20, hence E4*50% answer 880
If A5=Child, C5, check Range of G11:H20, hence E5*60% answer 605
If A6=Child, C6, check Range of G11:H20, hence E6*60% answer 605
If A6=0, C7, check Range of G11:H20, hence E7*0% answer 0

In F8 Result = Total is 2089

A Company is charging 10% loading on charge i.e. H5:H7
They came with new plan The business existing with them where product cost is <5000 for Self & Spouse loading of 10% is waived where as in case of child If
child is also there then his product cost should be <3000 his loading will also waived. But in case Self & Spouse is less than 5000 then waiver will not be applicable to child hence 10% loading to be applied on child product charge.
(Formula will be applicable to all child, product above line is applicable)

In Case if a customer is fresh to me & above 55 years then we are charging 20% loading for self & spouse whose age is <55 & again in case of child it is same but loading 10%

when you say child is it for tatol for all child or individualy.
and discount will be distribute 10% to each or will be equally distribute from 10% to each i.e. 3.33%.

J5:J9 if you check I have solved I my trying in solve in single cell i.e. H13 (Half Solved)

can you please tell me row 9 calulation as according to it child cost = 2000, charge = 100, Self = 5000, Spouse = 4000 then what should be the return and why?
 
Return should be 9, because child cost is depend upon self & spouse <5000 condition & for child it is <3000

If row 9 calulation as according to it child cost = 3000, charge = 100, Self = 5000, Spouse = 4000 then what should be the return =0,
