IF Condition with criteria

Kindly help formula excel to get value from certain criteria in attach file (below sample data)

Point Value
59% 0,30
13% 0,30
0% 0,30
290% 1,15

Criteria Point Value
>110% 1,15
90%-104% 1,00
80%-89% 0,80
70%-79% 0,50
<69% 0,30

what happens between 104 and 110 ?

i changed the table slightly and used an index/match

it should not work completely
wasn't really a correction , just a way to setup and use the table
what happens between 104 and 110 ?

>110% 1,15
90%-104% 1,00

upto 104% = 1
and then > 110% = 1.15

so there is a gap between 104 and 110
