IF condition formula not giving any results

=IF(AND(A3<TIME(18,0,0),A3>TIME(6,29,59)),"TRUE","FALSE")

I am using the above formula and it is not working.

Please check attached file.

Not sure what the problem is.

It works fine

Make sure that Calculation is set to Automatic
Then press F9
