With small data, any way can well do the job.

But for big data, as using a loop is often the slowest way,
better is to use some Excel ways …
At middle speed level : filter & delete
At higher speed level : sort & clear rows at once.
As clearing a block of continuous rows is faster
than deleting non continuous rows …
